Was here for a national EMS conference- no place to get breakfast or lunch, unless you want to eat Johnny Rockets for both. You have to walk all the way to the other side (Grand Pequot) for dining and better casinos. There is nothing in the Fox Tower Casino - 1 restaurant. To think my company paid >$600 for a Friday night is utterly disgraceful. I promise you you will be utterly disappointed with the status of these rooms. Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at the entrance instead. Mohegan Sun would NEVER allow this to happen. Complete disappointment, lack of service. Pillows completely flat, furniture chipped, A/C screeching like a fisher cat all night. No one around to even make my bed, despite me leaving the tag on the door and me being gone from the room for 10-12 hours per day. Had to call for toilet paper and essentials to be replenished. Room is WILDLY outdated….stayed for 3 nights, not a housekeeper in sight.
